Shipping policy

Our lockets are fulfilled and shipped from our retail store at Unit A, The Diamond Centre, Monaghan, Ireland or for UK orders, from 7 Main Street, Middletown, Co. Armagh.

Orders will typically be shipped on the next business day.

Orders received prior to 12pm M-F will be shipped that same day (excluding public holidays).

Republic of Ireland

Delivery in the Republic of Ireland is fulfilled by An Post. We offer FREE regular shipping with all orders placed for delivery in Ireland. If you would like tracked, signed delivery, please select Registered Post at checkout for an additional charge of €3.95

Standard Delivery in the Republic of Ireland typically takes between 1-2 working days.

UK & Northern Ireland

Delivery in the UK is fulfilled by Royal Mail. We offer FREE regular shipping with all orders placed for delivery in the UK. If you would like tracked, signed delivery, please select Registered Post at checkout for an additional charge of £3.95

Standard Delivery in the UK typically takes between 1-3 working days.

European Union

Delivery to the EU is fulfilled by An Post and then to local postal services in the destination.

Registered Post (Tracked with Signed Delivery)- €9.95

Standard Delivery in the EU typically takes between 5-10 working days.

Please note that once an international item has left Ireland, further tracking information will be available on the website of the International postal carrier which is due to receive and deliver this item to its destination.

Rest of World

Delivery to countries outside the EU and UK is fulfilled by An Post and then to local postal services in the destination.
